County Supervisor

With 100 percent of precincts reporting, incumbent Bill Horn's lead grew Thursday over Oceanside Mayor Jim Wood for a San Diego County Board of Supervisors seat. Horn, who led by around 1,500 votes as of Wednesday night, widened his lead to more than 2,400 votes Thursday out of around 68,000 ballots cast, according to the county Registrar of Voters Office.
