SAN DIEGO (CNS) - A man was hospitalized in serious condition Friday after being stabbed on a trolley car in Mission Valley, police said.
The 22-year-old victim was stabbed in the upper chest around 11:15 p.m. Thursday because the assailant did not like the way he was looking at his girlfriend, said San Diego police Officer David Stafford.
The suspect -- a white male wearing a baseball cap and tattoos on the back of his neck -- fled in an eastbound trolley, police said.
