Burned coyote pups are stronger, but still in ICU

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - Two coyote pups burned in the Poinsettia Fire in Carlsbad are healing well and could soon share an enclosure.

Both pups were found with blistered feet and ears within a few days of each other in a burned out canyon. The pups are receiving ointment salves and antibiotics for their burns.

They are being treated by a wildlife sanctuary in Ramona, and keepers say they still need intensive care.
