SANTA YSABEL (CNS) - Four people were injured, three critically, when a Ford F-150 truck and an SUV crashed on State Route 79 near Santa Ysabel Saturday.
The crash was at 9:58 a.m., a CHP dispatcher said.
"Four patients, three critically injured, were airlifted by helicopter to a hospital," Cal Fire Bat. Chief Nick Schuler said.
Schuler said the identity and gender of the crash victims was not known.
The crash was on State Route 79 at Mesa Grande Road, between Lake Henshaw and Santa Ysabel in rural North County.
