Out and about at La Jolla Cove

Posted:

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - It really doesn't get better than this. Blue sky, 72 degrees, and 15'+ visibility at La Jolla Cove on Thursday, June 19.

While the 68 degree water is inviting, it's important to remember you're a guest in the ocean. As the sign says in the picture (to your left), do not approach seals or sea lions. Harassing these guys is against the law and they might get angry.

You'll also notice construction around the normal entrance to the cove. This goes without saying, but remember to keep your head up for signs that are posted for your safety. It's easy to get mesmerized by La Jolla's natural beauty.
