Agents find heroin strapped to man's thighs

IMPERIAL COUNTY (CBS 8) - Border patrol agents at the highway 86 checkpoint in Salton City arrested a man who had heroin strapped to his thighs.

It happened around 8:30 a.m. Friday when agents searched an Americanos bus coming from Calexico.

After a 19-year-old man was removed from the bus, a canine detection team found more than two pounds of heroin strapped around his thighs with black electrical tape.
