SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - Three people accused of the kidnapping, torture and murder of a Fallbrook military wife were in court Friday.

Dorothy Maraglino, Louis Perez and Jessica Lopez appeared at a status conference to set a date for the trial of the murder of Brittany Kilgore. Kilgore was kidnapped two years ago. Her mutilated body was found days later near Lake Skinner.

Her estranged husband, a Marine, was serving in Afghanistan at the time.

The trial has been rescheduled for February of next year.
