Pittsburgh-based InventHelp is working to submit this idea, the Flat Stoppers, to applicable companies for their consideration.

PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) August 14, 2014

InventHelp, a leading inventor service company, announces that one of its clients, an inventor from Illinois, has created magnetized tire flaps designed to pick up dangerous road debris to prevent flat tires. This invention is patented and a prototype is available.

Flat Stoppers is designed to protect vehicle tires from metal debris on the road that might cause flat tires, helping the vehicle owner prevent the inconvenience and expense of replacing costly tires. Designed to be durable, the Flat Stoppers would be made of rubber, steel and strong magnetic material. It would be producible in different sizes and colors to accommodate various vehicle makes and models.

Installed the same way as mud flaps, this product would hang close to the ground and hold an intense magnetism to attract any metal debris before it could puncture the tires. The vehicle owner could dispose of the debris simply by scraping it off the flap.

Since I earn my living in automotive care, said the inventor, I observed a need for the prevention of flat tires.

InventHelp is attempting to submit the invention to companies for review. If substantial interest is expressed, the company will attempt to negotiate for a sale or royalties for the inventor. For more information, telephone Dept. 10-SJT-307 at (800) 851-6030.
