Ingredients:
3/4 cup Pineapple diced
3/4 cup Mango diced
1/2 cup Strawberries diced
1/4 cup Green Onions, white ends sliced
1/4 cup Cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
1/4 Scotch Bonnet / Habanera stemmed, seeded and finely chopped (use rubber gloves)
2 tablespoons chopped Cilantro
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and let the flavors combine for at least ½ hour. Play it safe with the Scotch Bonnet / Habanera and add it to taste. This is one of the HOTTEST peppers on the planet, so go slow.
