CHULA VISTA (CBS 8) - A woman is dead and a man is seriously hurt after a motorcycle crash in Chula Vista early Saturday morning.
It happened around 3:30 a.m. on the off ramp from southbound Interstate 5 to E Street.
The CHP says the driver was brought to UCSD Medical Center with major injuries. His female passenger died.
Officials say the motorcyclist may have taken the exit at a high rate of speed and ran off the road.
