SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - The San Diego City Council has given final approval to an ordinance that would treat e-cigarettes the same way other tobacco products are regulated.
Under the ordinance, vaping would be prohibited in restaurants, parks, beaches and other public places.
The ordinance now goes to Mayor Faulconer's desk. If the mayor signs the bill, it takes effect immediately.
