ALPINE (CBS 8) - The San Diego County Sheriff's Department has released a composite sketch of a man who tried to lure a 12-year-old girl in Alpine.
The child says she was walking home from the Alpine Youth Center with her brother Friday, September 12 when the man pulled up next to her and asked her where her mother was. The girl and her brother ran.
She described him as white with light brown hair and tattoos on both arms.
He was driving a four-door car with a gray primer coat
