Time to indulge your senses at the annual Taste of Coronado

Wednesday night is your chance to spend the evening in Coronado, indulging your senses.

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) – Wednesday night is your chance to spend the evening in Coronado, indulging your senses.

The 5th annual Taste of Coronado is a culinary trip around the world without leaving Coronado. Local chefs at 29 restaurants will prepare small dishes for all to try. You can walk the route or take the trolley for free.

Tickets are open to all ages but you must be 21 or older to participate in the alcohol tastings. Tickets are $45 each.

Along with the Coronado Jr. Women's Club, the event benefits two local non-profits: Just in Time, which help transitioning foster kids achieve self-sufficiency and well-being. The next is Linder Kids, "Fostering the future of Fitness." They help kids in foster care get involved in sports and fitness.

Bring your e-ticket to one of two ticket locations on Orange Ave:

•Location #1 Rotary Plaza at the 1000 block of Orange Ave

•Location #2 101 B Avenue, across from the Ferry Landing

Tickets will be exchanged for a tasting card and you can start your tastings from either end of Orange Avenue.

The event is from 5:00-9:00 p.m. Wednesday.
