SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - An Emerald Hills man is in custody tonight for violating a restraining order, but it's what he had with him when he was arrested that has him in real trouble.
Police were searching for the man at a home in the 500 block of Merlin Drive Thursday when he and another man ran from the house.
Using police dogs and a helicopter, officers found them in a nearby shed. Police say one of the men had a zip gun.
"Basically it looks like a very large syringe that can hold a real live bullet or several bullets and it can be dangerous," SDPD Sgt. Cynthia Hanna said.
Both of the men were arrested. No word on what charges they'll be facing.
