SAN DIEGO (CNS) - One brother shot another in a leg Friday night as the men in their 40s argued in the Paradise Hills section of San Diego, police said.

The shooting occurred about 8:35 p.m. in the 6100 block of Cumberland Street, said San Diego police Sgt. Brad O'Donnell.

The victim was taken to a hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, O'Donnell said.

When officers arrived at the scene, they located and arrested the alleged shooter on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, O'Donnell said.

Neither man's name was released.
