EL CAJON (CNS) - Three people were injured Tuesday, one critically, when a car struck a group of people waiting in line for food behind an East County church, authorities reported.
The motorist lost control of her vehicle while backing out of a parking space in the
in El Cajon shortly before 4:30 p.m., city spokeswoman Monica Zech said.
Medics took the victims to a trauma center for treatment of injuries that ranged from moderately serious to severe, Zech said.
