SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - The case against a San Diego State Student accused of sexually assaulting a woman during a party near campus remains under review Friday morning.
An arraignment was scheduled for Thursday for Francisco Sousa, but the case was taken off the court calendar.
The district attorney's office says the investigation is continuing and the case remains under review for the possible filing of criminal charges.
Sousa was arrested last week on suspicions of forcible oral copulation and false imprisonment.
He is currently out on bail.
