SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - It was announced at a news conference Saturday evening that Dwayne Polee has not been cleared by his doctor to play until medical tests determine what caused his collapse on the court during a game earlier this week.
He was joined by both Coach Steve Fisher and a team physician during the 5p.m. news conference at Viejas Arena prior to SDSU's 7 p.m. game against San Diego Christian.
Polee has additional tests ahead of him and he says he is overwhelmed by the support from his teammates, classmates, and his family.
Polee will continue to attend practices, though he cannot play.
