San Diegans hold vigil for Charlie Hebdo victims

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) – Mourners across the world including those in San Diego held vigils on Thursday to mourn the 12 killed in Paris' attack.

On Wednesday, journalist, cartoonists and two police officers were killed at Charlie Hebdo in France. The satirical newspaper that often pokes fun at Islam and other religions.

The accused killers are brothers Said and Cheriff Kouachi, French born from Algerian parents, who carried out the terrorist attacks.

The manhunt continues for the men.

More than 100 people came together at the House of France in Balboa Park to show solidarity with the victims and peacefully demonstrate for freedom of speech.
