SAN DIEGO (CNS/CBS 8) - A mother of four has been arrested in connection with a threat that locked down three Lakeside schools Thursday afternoon.

An unspecified threat was made against Lindo Park Elementary around 1 p.m. Security measures were also taken at nearby  Tierra del Sol middle and El Capitan high schools, according to sheriff's officials.

Thursday afternoon, 29-year-old Sarah Lomaintewa was taken into custody. Sheriff's officials say she threatened to "shoot up" a school in Lakeside. She will be charged with making terrorist threats and threatening a school.

According to a neighbor, Lomaintewa's four children, ages five through ten, all attend Lindo Park Elementary.

Within 90 minutes, the lockdowns had been lifted at the middle and secondary schools, Lt. Robert Smith said. Students from Tierra del Sol and Lindo Park were being bused to a nearby commercial parking lot for pickup by their parents.

Lomaintewa, who is currently in custody, faces two felony charges of making terrorist threats and threatening a school. She also faces two misdemeanor charges of drug possession and being under the influence of a controlled substance. She is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday afternoon.

In 2006, the city of San Diego began allowing political campaigns to electronically file their financial reports, giving the public easy access to information on money in city politics. The county of San Diego wasn’t as quick to make the same kind of information available and continues to lag behind the city’s efforts.
