SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - New charges have been filed against a Border Patrol agent accused of planting a hidden camera in a women's restroom at a border facility.
Armando Gonzalez is now charged with two felony counts of making a false statement and 17 counts of video voyeurism.
Prosecutors say he set up cameras at the facility on Beyer Boulevard in southern San Diego in July of 2013 through January 2015, recording an estimated 300 videos.
Gonzalez's arraignment is scheduled for April 2. His lawyer says he will plead not guilty.
