SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A woman who was found passed out behind the wheel on a San Diego freeway will be arraigned on May 8th.
25-year-old Amber McKinney Morgan is facing DUI charges after police found her in a car on Interstate 805 near the Clairemont Mesa Boulevard exit around 1:30 a.m. Friday morning.
