SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A driver is in custody after a rollover crash on the northbound Interstate 805 near Home Avenue.
A man in women's clothing rolled his Jeep Cherokee on the off-ramp just before 3:00 a.m.
Witnesses say the driver was speeding and the vehicle ended up in the ice plant.
The man was treated for injuries at the scene and was booked on suspicion of DUI.
