Could Fairbanks Ranch man be linked to prior case?

Could 22-year-old Jack Doshay be responsible for approaching another little girl? That's what some parents are wondering in wake of the current accusations.

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - Could 22-year-old Jack Doshay be responsible for approaching another little girl? That's what some parents are wondering in wake of the current accusations.

Doshay lives with his family in Fairbanks Ranch, less than a mile from Solana Santa Fe Elementary School where a 5-year-old girl was approached by a stranger in 2010. Doshay would have been 17-years-old at the time.

Last week, Doshay was arrested for allegedly walking onto the campus of Skyline Elementary School in Solana Beach, luring a 7-year-old girl toward him and then trying to wrap packing tape around her face. She kicked and screamed, which alerted teachers and prompted the attacker to run off.

Parents in Fairbanks Ranch say that the attack is eerily similar to the incident from 2010.

A 5-year-old girl said a man with blond, curly hair was standing near a shed on the playground after school and asked if she wanted to see his bunny.

An article in the Coast News says the girl immediately told her dad who was over on the soccer field.

Saturday night, the sheriff's department told CBS News 8 that investigators are looking into all simliar incidents to see it there is a connection to Doshay, which is why they released his photo to the public.
