SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - The medical examiner has identified the victim of a deadly crash in Rancho Bernardo on Monday.
Police say 23-year-old Andrew Truesdell of Vista lost control of his Toyota Scion, flew over a curb and hit a tree on Bernardo Heights Parkway.
He died on impact.
Investigators believe he was speeding at the time of the accident.
