SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A driver walks away with minor injuries, after flipping his car over a Kearny Mesa off-ramp.
It happened early Wednesday morning on the northbound 805 at Clairemont Mesa Boulevard.
Authorities say the man lost control of the car, rolled into a ditch and hit a tree.
He got out and waited with a bystander who called 9-1-1.
First responders took him to the hospital to be checked out.
