OCEANSIDE (CBS 8) - The man who triggered an amber alert after allegedly abducting two boys during a domestic dispute in Oceanside pleaded not guilty on Thursday.
Dijon West hit and threatened to kill his wife during an argument over dirty clothes Monday, police said.
West fled with the two kids, and was later tracked to a motel in Long Beach.
He gave himself up without incident, according to police.
The boys were not hurt, and are now in the care of Child Protective Services.
