SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A man who stole a Maserati from a La Jolla dealership is scheduled to be sentenced Monday.
It’s his second time going before a sentencing judge. 30-year-old Marcus Lee Allen pleaded guilty to posing as a customer and stealing the luxury car last April. He was supposed to be sentenced last week, but he showed up 90 minutes late.
Allen was arrested on a no-bail warrant and taken to jail moments after his late arrival.
