SAN MARCOS (CNS) - A bank was robbed in San Marcos near the 78 Freeway Saturday and the suspect remains at large.
The robbery took place around 11:00 a.m. at the Pacific Marine Credit Union in the 600 block of West San Marcos Boulevard, according to Lt. Jim Walker of the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.
The suspect was described as a 6-foot-tall white man, 25 to 35 years old. He wore a black shirt over a red shirt and had on black aviator sunglasses with gold rims.
Deputies searched for him but did not find him. The FBI was called to assist.
