SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - It's the holiday season which means the new year is right around the corner along with what will be touted as the next "amazing diet" with unbelievable "before and after" pictures.
However, as CBS News 8's Jeff Zevely shows, those before and after pictures are often time more trickery than transformation.
