CrimeFighters Alert: Manhunt for Abel Abrego

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - The CBS News 8 Crimefighters are helping authorities in a manhunt looking for Abel Abrego.  

Abrego is wanted by the San Diego Fugitive Task Force for two different felony warrants.  

The first warrant is for $ 200,000 and is from a stabbing case that occurred in the North County.  

The second warrant is a "no bail" warrant for felony vandalism. Abrego has previous history with narcotics use and vandalism.  

Abrego is a known street gang member. 

Abrego lived in the North County area, but may have fled to Mexico. 

Abel is 22-years-old and is described as a Hispanic male, 5-5, 160-pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

A reward is being offered for his arrest. Callers can make a tip and still remain anonymous.
