SAN DIEGO (CNS) - A bicyclist was struck by a vehicle and killed in Mission Valley Thursday night.
The crash was reported at 8:31 p.m. on Friars Road near Rio Bonito Way, according to San Diego police Officer Robert Heims.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, Heims said.
The driver of the vehicle involved stopped at the scene, he said.
The victim's age and gender were not immediately available, nor were additional details about the crash, Heims said.
