SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - The 'PETI' Order is waiting to meet you at the Helen Woodward Animal Center and the amount of peace and light it will add to your life is guaranteed to soften the heart of even the toughest Stormtrooper.
Here is the story of Paw Wars: The Fur Awakens:
A long time ago, in a rescue facility not too far away, adoption staff members discovered the strongest weapon against all darkness and unhappiness in the world was the ‘PETI’ Order. Fight the dark side of the Force with pure love from Hans Bow Wow, Princess Laser Pointer or Obi Wag Kenobi.
This weekend, instead of putting energy into a battle you can’t fight, come immerse yourself in the quest to save a life. Take your new ‘PETI’ dog for an ewalk. Head to ‘Mos Felinesley Cantina’ with your newly adopted Meow Meow Binks. Hear your beloved new Admiral Bark-Bar howl “It’s a lap!” as he leaps into yours. The adventure is one worth beginning and the rewards are great. In the end, YOU are their only hope.
To adopt one of our 'PETI' Masters, please contact the Helen Woodward Animal Center Adoption Department at: 858-756-4117 ext. 313 or stop by at 6461 El Apajo Road in Rancho Santa Fe. And MAY THE FUR BE WITH YOU...
