SAN DIEGO (CNS) - Local, state and federal offices are closed Friday because of the Christmas holiday.
In the city of San Diego, that includes administrative offices, libraries, pools and recreation centers, the Mission Trails Regional Park Visitor Center, Chollas Lake, Tecolote Nature Center and the Miramar Landfill.
City-run golf courses will be open, but the links at Balboa Park and Torrey Pines will close at 3 p.m., and the Mission Bay course at 4 p.m.
In the county of San Diego, offices, libraries, animal shelters, and teen and community centers will be closed for the day. County campgrounds and parks will be open, but restrooms at the parks will be closed.
Metropolitan Transit System trolleys will run every half-hour, and urban or local bus routes will operate on a Sunday schedule.
Some MTS express, rapid and rural bus routes will run on a Sunday schedule, while others won't run at all. Click here for a detailed rundown.
