Noko Nishigaki learned from her dad, Kenji, a well-known tattooist who goes by name "Gakkin." The child works in her father's salon, designing and drawing designs that often include her favorite subjects — delicate birds and dream catchers. She spends about two hours on each design, and practices on silicon, oranges and her dad's skin....

Deputies Shelly Ponce and Ashleigh Berg of Highland Station responded to a call Sunday about a pig “the size of a mini horse” on the loose in their neighborhood. Thanks to tips, they were able to find out where it lived, but still needed to find a way to lure him back home. That’s when one of the deputies had the bright idea of pulling out ...
