SAN DIEGO (CNS) - A San Diego police motorcycle officer was injured in a crash Tuesday on a curving freeway off-ramp near Qualcomm Stadium.
The crash on the exit from northbound Interstate 15 to westbound Friars Road was reported around 5:45 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
The off-ramp was subsequently closed and a SigAlert was issued.
The officer complained of pain after the crash, but it was unclear whether hospitalization was required.
