SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A small brush fire broke out Tuesday afternoon in Spring Valley.
It has prompted the California Highway Patrol to issue a traffic alert for northbound State Route 125, near Broadway.
The blaze has been extinguished, the CHP reports.
