A YouTube video captured on the victim's cell phone shows a road rage incident between Gordon and a photographer from Los Angeles. The YouTube video has over 873K views.

The victim, Alex Stone, says he was taking pictures of a car for a part manufacturer on a public road - near the Ramona airport on July 9. Gordon is accused of trying to run him over twice with his Ford Excursion while yelling obscenities and repeatedly claiming Stone and his associates were on his driveway.

Sheriff’s deputies say the victim was able to jump out of the way and avoid being hurt. They say Gordon assaulted the victim and an acquaintance, knocking Stone's cell phone to the ground.

He and his lawyer had no comment.

Gordon is currently out on $30,000 dollars bail.

He is due in court again next month.
