Fitness Friday: Weekend Warriors squeeze in intense workouts
SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - Weekend Warriors are a growing group of people who only workout once or twice a week. They get moving with low-volume, high-intensity interval training.
Research does not clearly show one method of exercise to be better than the other. Individuals have the option to decide what method of exercise they prefer and they will get a health benefit so long as they stick to it.
