Fitness Friday: Workout based on your heart rate

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - There is a 60-minute workout designed to make sure you get the most out of each second. 
     
It's called the Orange Theory.
     
Before you start your workout, you hook up to a monitor so you can track your results. 
   
CBS News 8's Ashley Jacobs reports from Carlsbad trying to stay in the orange zone for Fitness Friday.
