Grill seasoning mix
2 tbsp Kosher salt
1 tbsp granulated Onion
1 tbsp granulated Garlic
1 tbsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tsp dried Parsley leaf
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
For a savory mix, add 1 tbsp Espresso and 1 tbsp brown Sugar. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and season to taste. Save leftover in container for later use, can be store as you would any other seasoning.
This mix works great on just about anything you'll put on the grill. With lighter proteins or Veggies use less, with denser meats use more. I like to add the Espresso and brown Sugar on beef, lamb and pork.

Once cooled slice the kernel's off the cob and combine all ingredient except the Jalapeno, salt and pepper. Add half of the Jalapeno's and season with salt and pepper, taste to decide if you need more heat.
