LOS ANGELES (AP) — The Latest on a train-truck collision in Los Angeles (all times local):
12:30 p.m.
A Southern California commuter train is on its way again after a minor collision with a big rig.
Metrolink says the train was heading south toward Los Angeles at about 20 mph Tuesday when it struck a tractor-trailer on the tracks near Sun Valley.
Agency spokeswoman Sherita Coffelt says 21 out of 187 passengers on board requested medical assistance. She says at least 14 were transported to hospitals but didn't know the extent of the injuries. The truck remained upright and its driver was unhurt.
The double-decker train blocked vehicle traffic at the crossing for about an hour-and-a-half before moving on.

A Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman says 11 passengers are being evaluated after a Southern California commuter train struck a vehicle on the tracks near Sun Valley.
Fire spokesman Erik Scott tells KNX Radio that the driver of the big rig was not injured in the collision Tuesday about 15 miles northwest of downtown Los Angeles.
The train remained on the tracks.

Metrolink says a Southern California commuter train has stopped near Sun Valley after striking a vehicle on the tracks.
Television news helicopters show emergency responders on the scene Tuesday about 15 miles northwest of downtown Los Angeles.
There's no immediate word of injuries.
Metrolink says the crash happened on the Antelope Valley Line headed to Los Angeles.
