Female SDSU student assaulted on campus

SAN DIEGO (CNS) - Police are looking for a sexual battery suspect who allegedly assaulted a woman Sunday morning near the San Diego State University campus.
   
An unknown white male grabbed the SDSU student at about 2:30 a.m. and inappropriately touched her on Montezuma Road near East Campus Drive, campus police said.
   
The woman was able to fight off the assailant and run away, police said, adding she was not hurt.
   
Police also describe the suspect as being in his mid-30s, wearing a dark shirt and pants. Anyone with information on this incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (619) 235-8477.
