SAN DIEGO (CBS8) - A man accused of setting fire to his apartment in Talmadge pleaded not guilty Monday.
David Jetter was arrested after the blaze erupted in the second floor unit last Tuesday morning. Jetter lived at the apartment with his estranged wife and her two children, but they were not there at the time.
Jetter's bail has been set at $150,000 and he has been ordered to stay away from his wife.
