SAN DIEGO (CBS8) - On Monday night, construction signs on Interstate 8 were changed to flash pro-Trump messages.
This comes just months after an anti-Trump hacker targeted a construction sign on Interstate 15. While this new message didn't contain any profanity, there was a typo.
