A scooter rider in China was so distracted by his smart phone, he rolled right into a sinkhole.
Just moments before the crash, the street collapsed, opening up a huge hole about 16 feet wide, 26 feet long and six feet deep.
CCTV captured the moment the street collapses before the unwitting scooter rider drops into the sinkhole head-first.

It appears he was staring at his cell phone when he fell down the hole.
He was able to climb out on his own.
Authorities are trying to determine what caused the sinkhole to form.
