    By SAL BONO Stephen Colbert is doing his best to help furloughed workers affected by the government shutdown by selling mugs with a cheeky and cheesy catchphrase.  Colbert debuted the mugs on Wednesday’s “Late Show With Stephen Colbert” and they read: “Don’t Even Talk to Me Until I’ve Had My Paycheck,” a ploy on mugs which are sold that read: “Don’t Even Talk to Me Until I’ve Had My Coffee.”  On Thursday night’s show, he announced the mugs were for sale on the “Late Show” online st...
