SAN DIEGO (NEWS 8) — This year's Grammy Awards coincided with the launch of a new program to provide help and support for artists of the future.
It's called the Backing You campaign and Linda Perry, former lead singer of the 4 Non Blondes, who is collaborating on the campaign shared details with Morning Extra.
