The Taste of the Pacific Islands will be held at Bali Hai Restaurant on Shelter Island.
The event serves as a fundraiser for the Pacific Islander Festival Association scholarship program.
Several chefs participating in the event visited Morning Extra to show off some of the culinary delights they'll be serving Thursday night.
