3 Tips for Looking Your Best This Holiday Season

Posted: Updated:

It's the most wonderful time of the year — for socializing with your close friends and family.

So how can you make sure you look your best with less than three weeks until Christmas? Inside Edition teamed up with the beauty brand No7 and its expert, Chi-Lan Lieu, for the ultimate beauty checklist for the final countdown to the holidays.

First, she recommends trying false lashes. "They can add volume and length and they’re super easy to apply,” Lieu said.

And don't be afraid to spice up your makeup. "To create a festive smoky eye, consider using a glittery green eye shadow, or for a pop on the lips, try a ruby-red lipstick that will wear all night," Lieu said.

Finally, improve your skin with a serum. "I like No7's Lift & Luminate Triple Action Serum because it has three clinically proven results. It evens out skin tone,  visibly firms the skin and in No7's clinical testing, 89 percent of women showed a reduction in the appearance of wrinkles.

"It can deliver younger-looking skin in as little as two weeks," Lieu said. "So you still have time to make the ultimate entrance at that holiday party."
